I Will Do: Original Characters (OCs), Fanart, Yume, BL / GL / HL, Animal features (ears, tails, wings), Pets, Mild Blood, and Revealing Clothes.

I Won't Do: Furry, Realism, Mecha, Heavy Gore, and NSFW (unless specified on the listing).

Timeline: Orders usually take 1 to 4 weeks to finish, depending on my schedule and health.

Hard Deadlines: If you need it by a very strict, urgent date, a rush fee will apply.

WIPs: Work-in-progress updates (sketches/drafts) are completely free! Just let me know at the start if you'd like me to send them in final delivery.

Final Files: Delivered digitally only via e-mail / Vgen / Commission.gg

You get up to 5 revision rounds per order. Please bundle your feedback together for each round.

Revisions must stay within your original request. They may also add a bit more time to the deadline.

No major changes (like changing the pose, outfit, or lineart) are accepted once I start coloring.

For "Surprise Me" / Skeb-style / Omakase orders: There are no mid-progress updates. Revisions requested after preview before delivery will cost an extra fee.

Upfront payments or after sketch preview.

100% upfront or 50/50 milestones.

For international buyer, all payments must be made securely through Commissions.gg and Vgen. Off-platform payments are not allowed.

For indonesian buyer, available payment methods are QRIS, BNI, Gopay, Jago.

You are eligible for a refund if I fail to deliver by more than 2 months.

Cancellation before the start of coloring progress will receive 50% refund.

No refund can be made if cancellations happen after coloring progress,

I retain the full copyright to all artwork I create.

Personal Use (Free): Icons, personal social media headers, private printing, or gifts for friends. Please give credit by linking to my commissions.gg / vgen profile or tagging me @nekozaine__ on X (Twitter).

Digital Commercial Use (+50% fee): VTuber/Streaming assets, monetized YouTube thumbnails, or paid digital products. Includes a non-watermarked version.

Physical Commercial Use (+100% fee): Merchandise, prints, stickers, or physical advertising. Includes a non-watermarked version.

Strict Rules: You may never claim the artwork as your own creation. Any use for NFTs or AI training is strictly prohibited.

I love showing my work! I may display your commission in my portfolio and social media.

If you need the artwork kept completely private, please let me know upfront. A strict NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) will require an additional fee.
